Rusi taleyarken something that can liberate many trapped in poverty, save from global warming and transform economy. Claimed breakthrough condemned by scientists, rusi faced criticism. Occurs at core of stars and sun, atoms of hydrogen forced together until they fuse. Many scientists believe it can provide cheap energy. On earth the stuff required for nuclear fusion is in water. Nano fusion machines built to achieve the goal but experiments always used more energy than produced. 1991: team produced enough energy to light few houses for 1 second. Sears later, same team produced energy to light small town for 4 seconds. Fusion scientists accepted that fusion energy was far away.
