Grouping: another type of gestalt, tendency to organize stimuli into coherent groups, ex. proximity, ex. similarity. 2: when looking out the window of a moving vehicle. The objects that appear to be moving fast are closer: placement of shading (top or bottom) alters perception of whether an object is near or far.
