Substance related and addictive disorders significant impairment or distress as manifested by at least two of the (11) following occurring within a 12-month period. Men: 15 drinks a week with no more than 3 drinks a day. Women: 10 drinks a week with no more than 2 drinks a day. 19% of those consume above the recommended limits.
