Snoring
Advice to stop snoring
1. Lose weight
2. Stop smoking
3. Change sleeping position (snore more on back)
4. Change pillows (get a sleep pillow that supports neck better)
5. Reduce allergens in the bedroom (vacuum, change bedding frequently, clean ducts)
6. Don’t let pets sleep with you
7. Un-deviate septum if you have it
8. take antihistamine
9. Get a surgeon to reshape mouth

Irrigate nasal passages if in a dry environment

7. Micro naps (where the persons eye close unexpectedly that can last as long as 10
seconds)
