Socialization refers to the ways in which individuals attempt to align their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviour to fit into society or groups - the process in which individuals incorporate society into their senses of self. Nurture of society places an impact on us. To interact with others, we must learn the social rules. The norms of a society/culture which tells s those behaviours are acceptable and which are unacceptable. You start to learn them in grade school. Learn to know that things can be wrong at a young age - not necessarily why but you know it"s a thing. Learn it from your family and friends, the brand that you wear places impact. This is concerned with equipping the individual to function effectively in adult roles: The major roles we acquire as adults include spouse, parent, work roles, grandparents, and retiree work roles, grandparents, and retiree.
