Document Summary

All sorts of processes undergoing in a particular environment. Influx and out flux of many materials: chemical process, biological processes, microbial processes, changes not caused by the organisms, directly measuring in situ activities of residence organisms becomes very complicated. Static what remains in its current state; immediate fixation and viability sacrificed. Dynamic changes occurring to the current state of the sample; viability maintained and minimize post sampling changes. Incubation is dynamic you"re letting the sample change, it might be growing or dying or etc. Cultivation is dynamic allowing the sample to grow or reproduce under certain conditions will change the initial comditions it was retrieved in. All of these methods will to some extent be influenced by the heisenberg uncertainty principle. In a field site you have no control of experiment, interpretability is highly compromised: but system complexity is very high, relevance of the knowledge of microorganisms in the filed site is very high.
