Mobilizing structures may be either formal or informal networks. Networked informaion economy allows members of social movements to: Share personal experiences and create a sense of togetherness. Contemporary large-scale acion networks are increasingly based on personalized content across connected icts rather than hierarchical and centralized forms of organizaion. Two categories of connecive acion: organizaionally enabled networks, self organizing networks.
