We have to understand the context and the history of how to conduct a team. It is important to understand how we manage has evolved because we still use these tools. Management tool kit, theories and models and concepts and experiences , we take out these tools to make a right decision (like a construction worker) knowing how and when to use these tools. Some tools will be more appropriate than others. It gives us exposure to a company we have never heard before and it has a unique niche use in the business. A lot of the new innovations don"t do the same thing as every other company. He asks his employees for feedback to help improve, he is open to criticism. He tries to make his employees feel like they can trust him so they won"t be afraid to take risks because they know he won"t go hard on them.
