How to get elected: convince people make promises to community, charismaic, relatable to people, listen and consider people"s opinions, appeal to diferent stakeholders and their needs. Is it reasonable to expect leaders to take responsibility: reducion in risk-taking behavior by business. Leads to less changes that could result in more success for business (producivity, innovaion, proits, new jobs) Who is a great leader: anicipaion of future needs, conident in ability, good communicaion and delivering message, stand up for their beliefs, against opposiion. Leaders: doing right things, focus on vision, mission, and goals. Managers: doing things right, focus on preserving status quo. What makes leaders great: self-awareness, personal convicion, courage, creaivity, curiosity, ability to inspire.
