The red arrows are the amount of emissions coming off the earth, the arrow to the left there are emissions coming off the earth in terms of photosynthesis and light (trees and other photosynthezing organisms). You have co2 coming off of water sources some of that can be reflected back onto earth some of it gets emitted out.
