Interaction as a play in which we present ourselves so as to appear in the best possible light. Front-stage impression is very important, since people never see the back regions of a person. A collection of 2 or more people who interact frequently with one another and share a sense of belonging. They identify with each other, adhere to defined norms, roles, or statuses (building blocks of interaction) Conformity, solidarity, authority, bureaucracy can lead to identity, social structure, organization, and even murder.
