We often set goals for ourselves and not follow through. 5-6 hours of sleep: watch too much tv/netflix, play too many video games (self-control problem, because of our repeated failures, we make plans to improve (plans to better ourselves and to set goals) The course is about psychology of setting goals and accomplishing goals. Once we"ve set a goal we are in the domain of self-regulation, self-control to achieve that goal we need to keep track of our progress and monitor when we are verging away from our outcome. New year"s resolution: write it down and how you think you"re doing to achieve resolution (i. e. , get drunk less often, eat healthier, workout more)
