Institutionalized uncertainty the ability to elect who represents us, there are winners and there are losers: even if you are a loser you are not out you can come back again, lose today win again tomorrow. Even democracy is appealing and has a lot of virtues, it is really fragile. It can be taken away as quickly as it came in. Democracy is a gradual process, it is relatively new. It took a long time for all people to have the right to vote in.
