History of social isolation, seeking solitary activities, emotional coldness, and indifference to others and close relationships. Show social deficiencies common to other cluster a disorders (more extreme), but not the unusual thought processes. Psychotherapy focuses on teaching value of social relationships, empathy and social skills.
