There is global focus on increasing the access to healthcare. Private insurance schemes- funded by private corporations and motivated by prof are purchased by employers and individuals. Or is it a commodity? not important increasing inants of administered profit- plans. Canada"s health care system- provision of healthcare through social policy. Decrease the role of income in determining access. Yet income still remains the key determinant of access.
