It"s very difficult to track and measure inclusion. Attempting to be inclusive for some can reduce the inclusion for others. Building accessibility for wheelchair users made it less accessible for blind people. The work of inclusion never ends, it is a constant process. Improves future outcomes in children w/ disabilities and will increase friendships. Allows them to do things that they wouldn"t be able to do otherwise. Starts to break down the barriers to allow different people to enter into and participate in main-stream places & enjoy a similar experience (integration) The liberal government aimed to mainstream students with disability. Looking at participants based on their capabilities and strengths removes barriers if it is the camp"s fault or changes things so that everyone can participate. In these environments, it is evident that disability is largely socially constructed. Given the right environments, everyone is able to participate.
