Tropical depresiion generates strong winds that go upwards, flatten out once they hit stratosphere, influenced earth"s rotation start turning counter-clockwise. 2 types of levees: earth and concrete in new orleans. After an incident authorities improved the levees to withstand category 3 levees. The wetlands were strenghtened from flooding and would soak up the flood water like a sponge and the trees were a wind break.
