Sustainability is having the right thing at the right time over long term. Health human resources all the people that provide health services in the health system. These have different dimensions of problems based on where you live. Often the problem is there aren"t enough skilled people to do the job. Shortages of things like primary physicians, specialists, mental health professionals. The challenge is we need to forecast needs before they actually happen so we don"t have shortages. Sometimes we don"t know what we want or need 20 years from now. Can we train enough people to fill the spots of people who leave in our country, it also needs to keep on track with demographic change and growth of population. Numbers in should be equal or greater than numbers out but the problem is there are so many other factors. Poaching is a problem with the best doctors.
