Why cultural diffusion is happening due to the power influence by nation-states and sponsoring. ** doesn"t mean that this is the (cid:498)best(cid:499) way to do sport, this way is just being pushed internationally due to the power of certain nations. Globalization: when organizations begin to operate on an international scale ex) soccer is played the same everywhere. Organized competitive sport is a recent invention, physical games in ancient history were usually tied to religious rituals and ceremonies.
