Con uent: lesions are con ned to a certain con ned area. Usually on back on skull or scattered patches. Can be spread through towels (if immediately after contact) One form of jock itch (in groin area) Scaly de ned edge to it with it decreasing in redness towards middle. If been treated for 72 hours and is covered then can return to play. If spotty and all over then should potentially go on oral treatment (pills) If they have it all the time (5+ times a season) may be put on a daily regimen of anti-fungal medication. Usually with people who have allergies (contact with irritants etc. ) More con uent (not angry looking on edge and red all over area, may burn or itch) No cure but can minimize symptoms (can try anti-fungal or tar shampoos, can do steroid treatment or lamp treatment, may be put on immune-suppressors) Can be from virus, something you ate, put on skin etc.
