Change from healthcare being disease only, and looking more towards health promotion. The dates show how the healthcare has been paid for. Legislation that stated federal transfer payments would happen as long as 5 criteria met. Significance of cha: legislation significant in ensuring that canadians have access to healthcare regardless of their ability to pay where they live, defines hc as a right, upholds values of social justice, equity, and community.
