Fair/unfair: obligator/forbidden, all familiar with these terms, use all the time in making jugegements, think we know what these mean, complicated terms (even tho we use them daily, they are not clear in meaning) Disagreement: problem: disagreement (familiar with this as well, we don"t all agree on what is just/unjust, whether to raise the minimum wage, whether something counts as theft.
