The internet is not governed by any nation or federal organization: content on internet is a matter of debate. Internet seems to be a realm of cyber space where anything goes. Judgements make the right cut so you can arrive at the correct result. Judges do (cid:374)ot e(cid:454)plai(cid:374) the stru(cid:272)ture, judges take the (cid:272)ase a(cid:374)d (cid:862)do(cid:863) the stru(cid:272)ture: law > rule common law is unwritten law. He disagrees with hart because rules only make up part of the law. Would reject the notion that law is just common law. Rules are based on different layers that lie underneath and form the roots of the legality of the system. Law over powers rules: law is not dispute, legal realists. Emphasis on rights has introduced an element of conflict. Element of politics and disputation, argumentation into arena which is supposed to be a dispute resolution.
