Women are allowed to be called to the political arena: british legal body decides this issue. British north america act is alive and growing: the law is like a tree that expands and grows and includes more and more. There are slightly more women than men in canada: excluding women would be excluding more than half the population. We need a proportional representation of women. Women in a sociological position tend to come up on the short side: women make 80% of what men make for the same job. Women are persons like aquinas idea of natural law to include more and more people.
