Positivist: when a law is made, no matter how it is a law: even if it is a discriminatory law. Does not want to define law by moral limits: problems with natural law. If you allow natural law theory to use morality in regard to the law, there will be the temptation to move from do no harm, do no evil to the next step which is you must do good.
