You do have the right to access your records: you will be charged . This is a fundamentalist reading of the constitution. Nowhere in the constitution does it say that it must be interpreted literally. We need to be able to interpret the constitution with rules, principles and rights. Civil rights should be based in the constitution. Freedom of expression not on the exam. If you have a problem and you go see a psychiatrist, that"s the rational thing to do: the irrational thing to do is to try to deny that you have a problem and fight it on your own.
