Judged upon appearance, men are as worried about this. Diversity of views enriches parliament - power sharing = democracy. Womens bodies will always been under the microscope. Focus from the media is on appearance, clothes/hair etc. Difficult for women to start families when thinking of long term in politics. Someone to encourage them and guide into politics. No women at the table = female problems are not being discussed.
