Document Summary
Bu111 - lecture 22 - social factors (continued) Diagnose them along two critical dimensions of potential for threat and potential for cooperation - categorize them. Formulate appropriate strategies both to enhance or change current relationships with those key stakeholders and to improve the organization"s overall situation. Non-supportive stakeholder - very high potential for threat, possibly because you are dependent on them. They may not like you, low possibility they will ever be supportive of you. They can create a lot of damage for you due to your dependence. To limit the amount of threat, defend yourself from this party. Marginal stakeholder - doesn"t have the voice to create a threat, also doesn"t have the willingness to be supportive either. I don"t care enough to do anything about you, or i can"t because i need you/i don"t have the tools . eg. sweatshops.
