Conducting ob research: decide on research question, articulate your theory and form your hypothesis, hypotheses: formal statement of the expected relationship between 2 or more variables, design your study, collect your data, analyze data and report findings. Continuum of techniques: techniques can be used in combination or in series to complement each other.
