It"s tough to get back into the community: example: long- term offenders, & dangerous offenders. They are told what to do 24/7, so when they get released back into the community, they don"t know how to cope or adjust back into the community. Helping inmates get back into the community. Supervising people who served their time and are coming back. Agent of the parole board- supervision the person has and if they get into trouble they are able to get them arrested: their main goal is to help the inmate to get back onto their feet. There is a halfway house in brantford. Some groups are an extra challenge and are at a higher risk. Nature of the offence doesn"t tell how successful one will be on parole. Murders have a higher success rate of being on parole.
