When speaking with allon bross he told us a lot about what he"s done throughout his career starting with fgiworld and then moved onto other investments that were of interest to him. In relation to the effectuation principles, the lemonade principle played a big role with allon"s career and this is because he dealt with investments which weren"t viable for the long-term. He made the mistake of investing in the wrong partners who were inexperienced and didn"t have any knowledge of what it"s like to run a business. He also made the poor decision of entering the bakery industry based on emotion and not the qualifications of his partners. Having this experience he learned to pick the right partners and more importantly realized what to look for before investing. That"s when he moved onto brossland investments inc. , a real estate, sport and entertainment companies, and manufacturing of baked goods and was very successful.
