Prestige of a leader; if a group has a prominent member of the community they have a larger possibility of an influence. This can give them more media attn. If members of the group have different opinions. If you are focused you would receive a better influence. Internal, when members of the union can"t agree with themselves. It is difficult for a business pressured group to try to advocate for good but citizens only would see it is an actions that possibly is to make the rich richer.
