Work specialization: 2 pri(cid:374)(cid:272)iples of taylor"s theory : work should be divided into simple tasks, managers should perform all planning and decision-making tasks while workers perform simple tasks in accordance with decisions made by management. Employer still made the rules while the employee followed. Goal was to reduce costs by making production line more efficient. Human relations: belief that managers and employees have conflicting views but could be resolved using effective policies and procedures. Focuses on the role of effective leadership to improve workplace.
