Fsh & lh, produced by pituitary in response to gnrh, regulate ovarian function. Fsh & lh are regulated by negative feedback from estradiol & progesterone: anti-mullerian hormone (amh) is product of growing ovarian follicles which is independent of hypothalamic-pituitary axis.
