Surgery arthroscopic (go inside of knee and clean out the cartilage, sometime it works and sometimes it doesn"t) Holland orthopedic and arthritic centre fast track patients immediately go to experienced physiotherapist for assessment. Model for hip and knee surgery: assessment, pain plan. 2 weeks before surgery, given pain medication for nerves around painful area. Dulls the nerves these people don"t have the pain when their surgery ends. People who go to holland centre go home earlier: rheumatoid arthritis. Most painful different than osteoarthritis autoimmune disease body attacks itself its symmetrical will get in right and left knee whereas in osteoarthritis; may only get in one knee. Men just as much risk as women.
