Someone from the govt was most likely the source of anthrax (the strand that infected people came from a government controlled lab) Someone can take the dna and put it in a bacteria. There are vaccines, and treated with a drug. Tiny amount found in water or milk can kill hundreds of thousands. Ebola virus (90% of people infected are going to die) Small pox (30% of people infected are going to die) Open up 11 organizations against bioterrorism in u. s. 2003 = 96 billion (after anthrax attack) & 2004 = 123 billion. Have a very good vaccine (discovered 200 yrs ago)
