Jacquard loom (joseph-marie jacquard 1752-1834) - weaving machine. Difference & analytical engine by charles babbage father of computing (also invented cowcatcher, dynamometer, railroad gauge, uniform postal rates for lighthouses, etc) Born with advances in tech. with the industrial rev. Machine that could calculate and print the results. Never fully built as analytical idea popped into his head but 150 years later it was built by the science museum in london uk. Little of it was ever built and only parts of mechanism remained built. Blueprint included all essential logical features of modern computer.
