Having to rebuild relationships because of constant movement (exacerbated in the last decade) Unless you"re a well known, well funded organization with man power, money, or a big recognizable name, you need coalitions to amplify your influence. Underrepresented groups (i. e. people with disabilities) need coalitions to be recognized.
