Exclusivity reads something like this: all phonorecord and audiovisual recordings made by artist during the term of this agreement shall automatically be deemed the sole and exclusive property of the label/company, from inception . The artist may not record nor authorize others to record him/her during the term of k without the prior written consent. Creative control: who chooses songs, producer, which masters made will be used on album, as singles, videos, if the mixing/mastering is sufficient, who chooses/approves of album artwork, final say if anything made is deemed commercially satisfactory . Delivery of the masters: must deliver album, of commercially and technically satisfactory masters.
