This studies individuals in relation to their culture or social environment. Sociologists have contributed to ob by studying behaviors of organizational groups, especially in organizations considered more formal/complex. This studies societies so we can learn about people and what they do (activities). Anthropologists work on environments and cultures and this has helped us understand how people in different countries and those within different organizations have differing fundamental values, attitudes, and behavior.
