University of virginia freshman named jackie wasn"t much of a drinker, but went to a date party with phi kappa psi brother, junior, and wanted to impress him. He asked her to go upstairs where it was quieter. Four weeks into the 2012 school years she was killing it at college. Her orientation leader said schedules are so packed here that people don"t have time to date they just hook up. She attended events, joined clubs, made friends, and now she was asked to an actual date! She and this boy, who they call drew had met while working lifeguard shifts together at the university pool. Phi kappa psi was an upper tier frat and had a reputation of wealth, and had the best house on frat row. Jackie had long, dark, wavy hair that she straightened for this party. She wore a red dress with a high neckline.
