You probably won"t depend on a person that has abilities you don"t believe in even if that individual is highly principled and has good intentions. Effective leadership is built on leadership trust and followers. Trust propensity is how likely a certain employee will trust a leader. Some individuals are more likely to think others can be trusted. Those who document every promise and conversation with their supervisor doesn"t trust them a lot and isn"t high in trust propensity.
