There are many practices that can create more spirituality in the workplace environment, one being support for balance in employee"s work and life. To help facilitate this, leaders can show things like: If these things happen, they can trigger intrinsic motivation and a sense of fulfilling for employees doing work. Encouraging employees to think about how their work gives them a sense of purpose can help these employees get spirituality in the workplace. For example, the workplace presence of corporate chaplains are often ordained christian ministers. Their role isn"t to make the workplace more spiritual, but to act as a resource to people to help serve those who already have christian beliefs. Similar leadership roles for those of other faiths have to be encouraged as well.
