Technology, innovation, and social media are generating new frontiers that have changed the entire workforce. Adaptability, flexibility, and openness to change are important for an organization. Vision connected to company strategy and people. Organizational commitment to which leadership actively participates. Shared program ownership (ownership) inclusive of all staff levels. All leaders need to do more than just support and promote programs. Adopting a win-win philosophy and creating a win-win strategy will help organize employees. The core senior leader practices = committing to a healthy culture, creating a shared vision, engaging all leaders in the vision, and connecting the vision to a business strategy.
