Parents have conscious and subconscious attitudes towards their child based on its gender. Fathers spend 65-80% less time directly caring for the infant. Mz (identical) vs. dz (fraternal) twins- if there is a higher correlation btwn mz than dz, then genes are playing an imp. role in the dev of that trait. Virtual twins- no genetic similarity but same environment.
