Addresses the gaps in regards to how we approach narratives. Historically, narratives are focused on white, middle class, straight men. In the last few decades, we see some shifts to turn their attention to women, people of color and members of disadvantaged groups. To further look into events that have bene marginalized or overlooked. Approached and frameworks used to make sense of these lives don"t always work and don"t apply well to other people who don"t fall into the normal category. Many psychologists have turned to feminist perspectgives to interpret human lives.
