I. Japanese Soldiers from the film, Nisei Soldier
• 442nd Regimental Combat Team (RCT): from the US mainland that served near Rome to
save the Lost Battalion.
o Constantly faced racism by whites.
o Constantly sent to the front, and may have been overused. 800 Japanese were
killed to save 200 white soldiers.
• 100th Battalion: Hawaiian combat team that was merged with the 442nd regiment.
