Appropriation of another"s name or likeness for commercial/trade purposes- can"t use name for advertising without permission. The right of publicity: famous people should be the ones to profit off their thing. False light invasion of privacy- putting another in a false light before the public, very similar to defamation but you can actually make impressions of someone without actually saying anything.
