A specific intent to kill exists when an individual intends by his actions to cause the death of another. Intent can be inferred by the use of a gun. Ex - here, jack knew the gun was loaded since he fired a warning shot in the air. Jack retrieved his loaded gun, trained it on green before firing, and then shot green in his chest from what appears to be just a few feet away. Though there was a crowd of people in the area, jack fired only one shot and did not shoot anyone else in the crowd. This suggests that jack was not shooting wildly and indiscriminately into the crowd, but aiming directly at mike green.
