Cannot put in an agreement that you cannot dissociate from a partnership at. Withdrawal of a partner in a non at will partnership before the end of the term or before the completion of undertaking. In a non at will partnership, if one partner goes(dies, moves whatever) the other partners can dissociate non-wrongful within 90 days.
